Please allow us 3-5 business days to process and ship out your order for regular products and 5-10 business days for customz orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

For regular product returns, refunds and exchanges, please contact us with your reasonings and we will discuss your options there.

For customz orders, due to the nature of this product, returns are more than unlikely, However, we understand that things happen. Depending on the reason for your request we may be able to work something out. Please email us at info@hereditaryclothing.com.
